In vivo MRI

The group's mission is to make new techniques and procedures in magnetic resonance (MR) imaging and spectroscopy accessible to the biomedical research community. The vast majority of our investigations are done in close collaboration with clinical research groups.

Our focus is on MR at high and ultrahigh magnetic fields and special research topics are: quantitative MR spectroscopy in the brain, functional MRI, and the fusion of MRI with other modalities.
